Sorry for the delay in response guys!
I placed 6th.

15 guys in my class-- they mixed the heavy's and light heavy together--- the top five all outweighed me by at least 40lbs.-- there was much concern as to why this was done... but that's neither here nor there------

I weighed in Saturday morning 192lbs between 2.7-3.0% BF I WAS the most shredded there- i timed it right and dialed in- by the night sow I looked even better after having meals etc...

CHADD the song freaking rocked- the crowd got into it- and I nailed every pose on time---- thanks brother---

I will post some pictures tonight--- gotta go eat man! FOOD is like sex and drugs right now!

I know what you mean about the food. I couldn't control myself for like 3 days! I went overboard!! :D
