i would say you are mostly right. but dont down play the effect of years of extreme steroids, massive amounts of protein etc.. without brake on top of those pain killers etc..

i dont down play it bro . without a doubt it will get you if keep shit at the extreme all the time .

one of the bigger factors imo is the mass amount of protein being injested anymore . i just dont think you need a shitload of protein to build and keep muscle . a good balance of protein ,carbs and fats is better and better for you
