Lol @Bouncer, heath needs more width, not saying he needs to be as wide as Jay, he doesn't since his waist is much smaller. That's 4 Mr O for Jay though, guy is a fucken legend, not the most amazing physique but his work ethic is second to none and he holds incredible mass. Dexter looks great and its amazing how quick things can change. When branch first walked out in the prejudging he looked like Dorian used to, grainy hard, he's one of the greats now too in my book.

Why do so many people think width is King? It's easy to tell who won. People might want to look like Phil or Dexter. It's good to be small in the right places like say having a 30-32 inch waist. When the shoulder/waist ratio is way off it doesn't really matter how wide you are. I doubt anyone would want to look like Branch or Jay, themselves included... Don't care what people think but Dexter should be a 3X champ. Only one that looks human.Comment

What people have to understand is that this is a competition. Its not about how good an individual looks in an isolated photoshoot, or even just about how they look in a posing routine on their own. Its also not about who you would prefer to look like. Its a competition which means people are judged against each other. I thin the gift has an amazing physique just like I used to think lee labrada had an amazing physique, but I understoof why they didn't win the O. Its not just about shoulder to waist ration no way, but taking that as an example; the gift and cutler probably have about the same or similar shoulder to waist ratio but the fact is Jay is bigger, thicker, heavier and at least as conditioned and muscular. Personally if I could pick a physique to be like up ther this year it would be Wolfe, gift, dex in that order, but I understand why they didn't win.
