Ramy weighed in at 316 and says he's more shredded than he's ever been. Last year he was 286 and soft.

My prejudging opinion based on the call outs and what I saw:
So Cedric McMillan is out due to medical reasons. I will say he looked awful at the press conference yesterday slouched over hope he's okay.
Ramy still look like shit about 10 to 15 pounds heavy of water but he definitely moved up. Still has a lot of work to do on his conditioning.
Rolley was improved a lot but not enough for top 4.
Those two are a battle for 5th I think.
Shawn Rhoden had the worst gut that I've ever seen him with. Looked like Phil's last year especially between poses. He had a little bit of water compared to Dennis, Dex, and Phil as well. I'd put him at 4.
Dennis was really sharp and full. I'm putting him at 3. His lower back came in better than before.
Dex by far had the best conditioning I'd put him at number two easily. He looked great.
Phil is definitely taking the cake on this one again. He wasn't quite as sharp as Dex but still better than the rest. He was definetly bigger than last year and his gut was under control. He even showed great ab separation unlike last year. His back looked phenomenal.
There was a new guy I can't remember his name but he was a short black guy with long hair. He surprised me on muscle bellies and conditioning. In the top 10. None of the other guys really stood out to me. The top 4 was a large separation from the rest.

So a bodybuilder is supposed to look bad between poses like he just ate a watermelon? Interesting standards we have today..Originally posted by chuckz28 View PostDallas looked small on his own but when he went up against other guys he didn't look too bad. Given a few years he will be something more.
All of those pictures are between poses. Of course it looks bad lol.
