What do you think about Phil's arms?

When he was younger I thought they looked great but now they appear blocky

I think size wise they may be unmatched.

They literally look a good 6-7 inches bigger then Wolf and twice the size of Dexters here. Dorians Arms were pretty weak compared to the rest of him I think you'd have to agree.

Yeah agree on that. Its kind of splitting hairs taking about it lol

I wish I had his arm growth problem. In a video leading up to this year's Olympia he said he was glad he got to train arms that day for the first time in a month because they grow too fast causing some disproportion.

I'm not so sure. Lights play a huge part. Stage lights make them all look worse. Not sure the point of stage lights to be honest.

Could be. I just noticed his leg veins which I never really see much of on stage photos. Looks all carbed up.

I winder hiw string he us on basic exercises. He seems to use machines mainly and still grow
