    Guys of this era were not very smart. Destroyed their bodies both inside and outside.

      In the late 80's into the 90's that was a exercise you saw everyday in gyms everywhere. Im guilty of doing the same thing when I was younger.

              No I don’t agree

              haney swore by that exercise

              what hurt Ronnie was loose form and bending too far on bent rows, heavy full range deadlifts, heavy squats (also ducked flex wheelers spine)
