Don't feel too bad, Juice. This could start a downward trend in real estate value, meaning it'll be cheaper to buy a house when you're ready if you decide to stay there.

But the houses here are a nice decent price.

                  Hahahahahahaha

College Station is rated at the top of the list. Are they joking? Bryan College Station has never been veiwed as a good place to live by anyone I know or by anyone that goes there. It just happens to be in the middle of Austin and Houston so it isn't too hard to go find something to do if you don't mind driving an hour or more. Otherwise, just hit up Northgate or the other bars that you could run through in a week or two and see nothing different. Other than that, go to school or yell practice.....

                              46. Harrisburg-Lebanon-Carlisle, PA

What the hell? I don't think this guy has actually ever been to these places! Talk about NOTHING to do, Harrisburg is boring, IMO. How did it make the list and not Bryn Mawr or Villanova or Wayne or Berwyn. They are outside of philly, which sucks, but there is stuff to do there atleast. I think this guy is an idiot.

This is a cool site I found when I was bored. Check out your cities stats here:
