How's your weekend going?

Today my daughter has her friend over for a sleep over and they're doing their best to put me in the insane asylum by playing as loud as possible on the drums and piano. But I've got an escape plan... :devil: I'm leaving them with Stromba for a few hours tonight while my friend and I head out to Starbucks to get energized for some shopping at our favorite mall and then we'll find someplace for dinner. I'm really looking forward to our girls night out!

Ahhh...the kids gave my ears a break and went out and picked some raspberries. Now they're in the kitchen making jam out of them.

While they were out they found a weird flower and picked it for me. I scanned it...

I live in Buffalo. My best friend just moved to Manhattan not too long ago.

Upstate is beautiful, especially when the leaves are turning. My parents moved to Oneonta for a few years and I used to enjoy getting away from the city up there.

Yeah it's pretty nice up here. although i'm starting to hate the snow.

I moved to FL about 15 yrs. ago and love it. I do miss the snow a little so every winter I go up north and visit friends for a week. A week is all I can take though, then I'm glad I get to go back to warm weather.

Yeah once my g/f gets out of medical school we want to move to Myrtle Beach or somewhere like that. I figure my parents will still be here so I can go snowboarding somehow.

Well, I slept nice and long. Watched a little tv while eating some leftover pork roast and I think wild rice. Now I'm here and listening to some alt country mp3s on my computer

we BBQed last night and I am about to do it again. LOL I made steaks last night that I almost orgasmed when I ate them they were so good. tonight is chicken and ribs. MMM MMM. I would invite you all but it is such short notice. LOL
