How's your weekend going?

Not much going on here...all the hockey was in the afternoon today and I've already been to the gym. Wife is at work until 11...and it's raining out, so I'm basically sitting here bored to tears. I wish I had some booze...

Horrible I'm stuck working. Not to mention we just put a new roof on this lady's house that came out absolutely perfect. And now she refuses to pay my boss because she doesn't like how the fuckign shingles she picked out look. If she doesn't pay him within 2 weeks I'm sneaking back there and ripping the whole fucking thing off.

Holy shit the ribs we cooked tonight were to die for. they were so good and just fell off the bone. these past two nights in upstate new york have been absolutley gorgeous. they said rain today but we didn't get any. I love the summers up here. :)

Well me and sana just got back from Bobby Flays restueraunt Mesa Grill in Manhatten. Way over priced and so so food. Pissed me off.

Sorry to hear that, Bouncer. I hate it when I go to a 'famous' type restaurant and the food is sub-par. One of my biggest let-downs ever was when I ate at Windows on the World...food wasn't just so-so...it outright sucked. I ate at one of Wolfgang Puck's places in Vegas, and that let me down as well.

On the flip side of this equation, Emeril's in New Orleans lived up to the hype and them some...one of the finest meals I've ever eaten.

I just got back from Tony's Mexican Restaurant. Great food and excellent service! I know alot of Houstonians in my part of town agree with me

Well they had just changed the menu around and were having problems with it. The manager said he would give us something for free because of the wait. I got some kind of fish taco for an apetizer. It was the size of a piss ant and cost 15 dollars. For dinner I ordered lobster. The lobster had that old fishy flavor. Not fresh at all. Hardly any meat on it. My side was a twice backed potato that seemed like a plain old potato that had sour creme mixed into it. To top it off the seating is so close I could hardly move my damn shoulders without hitting someone. Total bill came to 115.00$ and they actually took 20$ off the bill. So really it was 135.00$ for a dinner that we both left still hungry and the taste was not even close to great.

Timma, does she go to UB for med school? That seems to be the place to go around here...
