you think it'll be possible for me to stay on my diet while away? did you check out the gym at all? we're doing this DURING my contest prep. it'll be like week 13....

Cool thanks red. I had read some reviews that had me a little scared and I had also read reviews where people loved it. I feel alot better now. thanks

One more thing- customs in Miami sucks a bag of dicks. The airport in Puerto Plata is not the sharpest, either. Plan to wait in the outdoor airport for about 1.5-2 hrs. On the way home, they took some Bed Head hair gel of sonis that we just bought.

We are not going to the Miami airport, we are flying direct from JFK to Santo Damingo airport. Hopefully it will be smooth.

Hmmm....definitely bring protein powder. Breakfast is always good. If you're dieting, it may be a little tough for lunch. Dinner was usually pretty good. One night they roasted a piog out by the pool, and it was the best thing we had all week. The 1st couple pics don't look like the resort we stayed at. But the one with the pool is for sure the one we stayed. The gym at our resort was ALL OUTSIDE. We didn't work out once. It already was like a sauna, and had no desire to pass out from overexertion!! LOL...
