Just a passing thought - have you been to a chiropractor? Sometimes misaligned vertebrae in the neck can cause headaches due to a nerve being pinched. The stress of a workout would then make it worse. You won't feel any pain from it and generally speaking it may not limit the range of motion. The only way to know for certain is to have a qualified DC check it.

I still think it's the a-dex. Studies have shown that lack of estrogen in the brain starts to kill off key brain cells. Assuming why people get headaches after an alcohol binge, from the killing of brain cells possibly? Also heard that women on pms, menopause, and birth control pills sometimes have migraines, which are suspected from the estrogen level changes.

          Bouncer---BP is fine, 125/75.

I stopped taking the CLA a couple of days ago as Intimid8or3 suggested. The ache has subsided a wee bit. I think I will indeed stop the Adex too. If in another 4 or 5 days the headache is gone, I'll assume it was the CLA or Adex, or both in combination. BB
