Take their phone and smash it. Then if they get pissed and attack you, you'll be beating their asses in self defense.

I'm no lawyer, but I thought it was legal to take pictures of anyone in public places. Then again, the gym is a privately owned business, so would that make it up to the owner? Either way, I would tell the owner that if he doesn't do something that you will be telling others at the gym that they get to worry about having their picture taken while they work out.

As for kicking their ass or taking their phone, it's up to you. I would be angry, but not enough to beat the piss out of somebody. I would warn them about how fucked up that was, and then if it happened again they should be fired. Even if it happened again you may want to beat their ass, but it's not worth the time in jail, or money for their hospital bills. Just get their asses fired I say.

Yea, what he said. Forget the morons who suggest you"handle it yourself". All you'll get is jail time. Legal, legal, legal, BTW, get a lawyer--get some cash!! If one of these these assholes knew, they all knew. The ownership is responsible, even if they DIDN'T know. BB

yea i agree - we all tend to get a rush of rage sometimes which is what happened as she was telling me. then i relaxed a lot as i was posting this last night. just waiting to hear back from corporate. we'll see what happens when and if i put a huge ass banner up in my store-front window two doors down from the gym (yes i have a business literally two doors away in the same strip-mall) letting all their customers know what's going on :D

i have some major issures revolving around this industry habitual abuse of it's members; whether is stupid lame ads from supplement company manufacturers that promise 5 times muscle growth or as in this case, gym owners allowing for such a permissive atmosphere to develop in their place of business. the higher ups will say that they had no idea of course. the blame will be on the local gym manager who hires these sort of lunk heads who, having no personal integrity at all, enjoy treading on people's personal dignity.
get a tape recorder- turn it on beore you go in. you don't have to tell them that you are taping the conversation.

i imagine that this fvknuts have done this to dozens if not hundreds of women and made a few bucks on upskirts.com or whatever.

have i mentioned that i think that there is something wrong with the bodybuilding industry and supplement business? the owners that are good are very good but the owners that are bad - show a complete lack of remorse and personal integrity. I have none of either of these things myself because they often get in the way of a good time but i ain't selling dreams in a bottle to naive youngsters or taking pics of hot chicks and uploading them to the internet for cash ( i do this for free !)

be careful with this, doing so on private property is illegal in many states, Linda Tripp learned this the hard way in VA/DC, and I know it's also illegal in Washington state. There have been cases where police detectives are harassing the shit out of someone and because it was illegal to tape the conversations w/o their knowledge, the person being harassed was prosecuted successfully.

...yeah, i hate much of the supplement industry as well, anything for a buck...

then ask if the person is willing to have their conversation audiotaped. put it on the table prior to the interview.

ask for a meeting at starbucks then, there's one on every corner. !

                                go about it smart bro,

go the legal route first--if that does not work you must get each person involved when they are alone-- no witnesses-- up to you from there
