I have never paid a ticket while using this guy. Supposedly the best firm in Houston for a traffic ticket. You can go to court on your own and see if the cop shows, if he does take the ajudification and defensive driving and you'll keep it off your record. Out of about 10 speeding tickets I had the officer show up once while using David Sprecher. Then I took the probation and kept it off my record.
I can attest to Bdubb's word. It's the truth. Hell, it's practically the gospel. Mr. Sprecher has gotten me out of tickets the only 2 times I got one and got my dad out of a speeding ticket.

Hmmm...I live about an hour and a half from Houston...sounds like it may be worth the drive to see this guy lol:)

dont u just hate those little pukes. I had this fat bitch almost crash into me once cause she was showing off i guess and wanted me to see her, i had to swerve cause she was gonna hit my side where i was driving.
I would go without using him next time just to see if the cop shows and to see if I can avoid paying the $100. However using Sprecher is a very good choice for the first time to try and fight a ticket, if the cop shows you'll learn some of the ways to get off while sitting there in the courtroom. I think the guy from Sprecher's firm that has always helped me was Bob.
I don't know how it is in your state, but in NC, if you are under 10 miles per hour over the limit, you get no points on your license or insurance. The prick could have only added 9 miles per hour, if that's the limit in your state, you would still have received the ticket, but saved a lot of trouble. He did you a small solid, but IMO it wasn't enough. I know that speed limits must be enforced somewhat, but IMO a posted speed limit is only a gauge for NORMAL drivers. I drive the speed that I'm comfortable with, which is always more than posted. Also, any cop who hides behind a tree or at the bottom of a hill just to bust somebody is an asshole. I don't care if he did reduce the ticket, if he wouldn't have been playing Barney Fife at "Checkpoint Chickie", he wouldn't have nabbed you anyway. BB
Cop- Can you explain to me why you were speeding?
Keiser- I'm going to bury the body that is in the trunk and dipose of the gun that is in the glovebox!
Cop- Holyshit! I better call my Capt. in on this!
Capt. shows up
Capt.- Sir...the officer said that you had a gun in the glove box and a body in the trunk but we found nothing!
Keiser- That lying sack of shit! I bet he told you I was speeding too didn't he? :P
1) Go to the arraignment and plead "NOT Guilty, Trial by judge".
2) Go to court. If the cop is not there you are off scot free.
3) If the cop shows tell the judge "My counsel is not present". Ask him to reset the court date. This is when you get the lawyer.
I have gotten out of every single ticket I have ever had this way. Most of the time, the cop doesn't even show, so getting a lawyer is not necessary.
