I don't know the numbers but I have a stigmatism in one eye. I usually just wear glasses when I'm driving, at work, or in the theater. I tried contacts but hate em. If it ever gets bad enough where I need glasses all the time I'd probably go for surgery.

the surgery works greta. I have friends and a close family buddy who got it and he see's fine. He used to be like an 8.5 or something, blind as a bat but now hes fine. Since i live in a border city, across in the mexican city they do that too and are docs certified from here the US but have thier jobs over there due to taxes and stuff. Last time i heard it was like $600 per eye.:D
