From the best Urologist in the world, dont ask how I know her...

There are numerous things that this can be. One is called a spermacele. More than likely it is an epididymal cyst. The epi surrounds the testicle like a baseball glove covers the baseball. The important thing to know is that this "lump" is OUTSIDE the actual testis. If it is inside the testis it can be very dangerous. Testicular cancer is the leading cancer in men ages 20-30. Tell him to leave it alone, don't squeeze it. If it is a cyst it may do several things; go away, increase or decrease in size. An Ultrasound of his testicle is imperative. Ibuproben and warm soaks, if possible, may help of it hurts.

Prologue to the testicle: Since it has been there two years, it is probably not cancer (BOUNCER exhale now). All of you need to remember to check yourselves every couple of months. This type of cancer causes NO pain until it is too late. It is a very silent killer. The only way to avoid it being too late, is to check them regularly.

BOUNCER my older brother had something similar to that earlier this year & went & got it checked & they said they dont always have to be cancerous tumors but its still best to get them removed as painfull as it sounds. Id say the worst thing from what I can tell is that he had to sit down for almost 2 weeks but they gave him some pain meds & he said it was somewhat bearable (only with the pain meds lol). Still I wouldnt want a lump on my balls of all places if its not cancerous now then it could be in the future......then theyll have to remove more then the tumor maybe so...

Thanks bro. It does seem to be attached to the epididmal but also attached to the testicle aswell if that makes sence. Its not hard or anything, it feels like the same texture as my testicle.

Sounds like it may just be a growth on the testicle. Good that you're getting it checked. If my g/f knew more from med school i'd ask her for ya, but she's in her first year.

B...go get them nutz checked out! I dont know anything about this stuff, just sent off your question to a urolgist I know (dont ask). From the message, sounds like it's outside, in which case it can be removed rather simply. But it will still probably have to go.
            If the lump is outside

TO everyone else...check your nutz. I dont juice, but I would think if you are this would be especially important. If you have a growth, get it checked out. Hell, get your g/f to check um and ask for a happy ending. Just check them and take care of yourselves, YOU ARE NOT INVINCIBLE!

The veins can get tangled together and form what is known as a spermatacell (not sure how to spell it) Very common and feels like a third nut! And yes I speak from experience! More than likely the urologist will send you to get a sanogram! Yes, the same way they look at babies, they will look at your nuts! Feels good!:P Hope everything turns out ok Bro!

I had a similar situation and following reading your post yesterday called my urologists office to get an explanation. No call back yet. The short story is that it for me was vascular. Had to grt my boys picture taken and every now and again it aches which I have pretty much figured out why. I am not going to sugget this is your issue Bouncer just sounds very familiar. Good luck at the Dr. and get ready for the ultrasound/xray. They are ALWAYS flaming gay guys which makes it worse....

Before you go in for your exam, draw a little smiley face on your sack or something to break the ice. LOL

                      Good luck man!

Bouncer: My brother had this problem a few years back. It turned out to be cancer, but the thing is that of all cancers it has the best prognosis because metastases are late and the tumour is very obvious from early on. The only people that have a bad outlook are those that don't have the balls (excuse me!) to go to the doctor to get it checked out. What I am saying is we're all hoping and praying for you thats its not malignant, but even if it is, its like any other disease, treatable......

Don't worry too much there is no point, until the doc has had a look at it you won't know. I have had lumps on my head, under my hairline removed before, they too were the size of a pea.

It made me think, well if theyre growing on the outside then whats to stop them growing on the inside or anywhere.

They were just lumps of gristle and I think that lumps here and there are very common and its good that you check yourself and found it.

See what the doc says, but personally I think it will be fine.
