since we have so many costco/sam's club shoppers here, pick up one of their huge boxes of kirkland vitamins, lasts a couple months and makes you pee neon yellow for a few hours, and i mean NEON yellow...
puddles, you should be proud of me, i've exercised such extreme restraint and self-discipline in not making any cheesy or crass jokes about gagging on vitamins

You got any proof for this?

I use Super Vit-A-Boost from Naturally Vitamins. If you want a place to get them let me know.

what if you crushed up a multi-vitamin that's normally timed release into a protein shake or something? Would it be dangerous, or even have any benefit?

one thing for sure, it would taste like ASS, you don't wanna ruin a protein shake with the taste of vitamins, if you ever throw up shortly after taking some you'll know what i mean. it should not harm you doing so however provided you're taking the usual dose, though it would also leave your system rather quickly. all the water soluble vitamins you need not worry about taking too much of, you simply make your urine more expensive in doing so because your body will piss out the excess (though high concentrations of certain vitamins - namely 'c' - will give you what's amiably called the 'flaming shits.' seriously, you'll want a liquid nitrogen enema afterwards). the fat soluble ones your body won't eliminate so quickly, and those are the ones that are capable of building up to toxic levels. i don't have the source w/ me but am reminded of a story where stranded hunters ended up killing a bear, and ate the liver for sustenance. they were found dead later, and autopsies revealed they had died of vitamin e poisoning. i've seen some hippie stores sell liquid vitamin supplements, but haven't had the courage to try them or spare the money for 'em, figuring they probably taste like ass too.
