God this is a sad post......Almostthere, its quite hard reading your post, so I can't imagine what you're feeling right now. Nothing anyone can say will make things better, and there will be days where you keep expecting to see DG in the gym, and he won't be there, and everytime that happens its as though he's just passed away and it hurts... That will carry on for a while. But, like Puddles said, his memory will live on in you, his family, and all his other close friends; so, as far as I'm concerned, as long as wee remember him, DG is still as big a part of our lives now as he ever was.Comment

Today was kinda a ruff day a bunch of us that trained with DG were sitting around after our workouts reminscing about him.
