when 1 is moving that kind of weight i would think it would be very hard to keep perfect form, i'm sure he's at the point where his muscle is already fully developed, therefore just repetition for him due to muscle memory.
as far as the clothes go, i think that should be the last thing on someones' mind who is serious about building muscle bro :agree:

well spotters are only suppose to take about 10% of the total weight but yeah if ronnie couldn't get one of those up he is going down to the floor. LOLOriginally posted by bad14u
Why is it the spotters are always smaller than the guy lifting the wait? If Ronnie couldn't lift that shit there is no way that skinny little white guy will!

Why should you ever not use good form. Sure he moves a lot of weight but look at him he should. As I get stronger the only thing I change is the amount of weight I use not how I do the exercise. If I saw someone do rows like that in my gym i'd slap them. Sorry but I would like to continue working out and that looks like a good way to injure yourself. But Dam was that a big Squat!

I had an old supplier (Energetix Nutrition) out of Texas. He said he got to train with Ronnie. (2 yrs ago) He said Ron used awful form and had no stamina. I was like he did a set of a few reps and than was just finished for a while. Must be hard to breath with that much muscle to move around. But I guess if you take enough GH and other stuff you grow from training like that.
