  • What are you eating today?

    So far I've had some cream of rice cereal and black coffee.

    Next I'm gonna cook up a big batch of protein pancakes and freeze em so I have them for the next couple of weeks. I haven't thought about lunch or dinner but I know I've absolutely had it with turkey!

    What are you eating today?

    Couldn't tell ya! I have been sick since Thanksgiving and can hardly talk now due to laryngitis! Nothing even sounds good to me except for hot chocolate which feels good on my throat! Maybe some soup or a stew of some type later today!

      I am on vacation today so I am going to hooters. as to what I eat there, it depends on who is the waitress, LOL.

        Breakfast: oatmeal and protein shake

        2nd: can of tuna

        3rd chicken strips (f0rgot my veggies)

        4th can of chicken

        5th post workout shake

        6th chicken, broccoli, brown rice

        7th: sauteed spinach mushroom omelete

              What I've had for breakfast was Pillsbury brand toaster strudels, cream cheese danish flavor. For lunch, it's gonna be Hot Pocket brand sandwiches. Haven't decided which one I want to eat yet.

                      PWO shake and tropical fruit
                      10 oz chicken 1 yam
                      maybe some cottage cheese or chicken breast b4 bed

                      Dang thats a pretty bland diet huh

                        Actually, that sounds pretty good to me.

                        I made my protein pancakes yesterday, 32 of them, ate 2, later had some chicken saussage, then a couple hrs. later I headed to Costco without eating beforehand and I just completely caved.

                        OMG, they were making TRIPPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES and the smell went through the whole store. I bought a box of the mix and a bag of walnuts to add in. Then there was the boursin on the most delicious crackers, of course I bought both. Chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries...mmm. I just went pretty nuts and kept saying to myself that the holidays are here and people will be coming over so I have to have food in the house. The lady at the checkout said instead of asking me if I found everything alright she was gonna ask me what didn't I find. LOL

                        It's a good thing I got this stuff though. As I was loading the car my friend called and it winds up that tonight we're having a few friends over to make Christmas cookies but I know it's gonna turn into a martini and food fest kinda night. Gotta love the holidays. :)

                              Some things two or three times a day, but that's the general breakdown.
