    i am currently eating 6 center cut pork chops 2 cups spinach
    covered with balsamic vin, 2 huge slices of moms homemade bread toasted with butter melted on it
    a side of ranch dressing to dip my chops in

    washing it down with a diet sprite lol

    will eat again around 9 or 10

    I just had 2 scoops of chocolate ON Pro Complex, a bowl of oatmeal with some honey and a wrap with no-sugar added apple butter. Post workout/cardio meal. I'll eat again in about an hour.

    Maybe I'll wash that down with some diet Mountain Dew.

            Beef roast, well done and sliced thin, eating it by itself dipped in horseradish and honey mustard. I'm not in the mood for veggies or anything else, just beef.

              hahaha, its sunday. I had 12 wings earlier, and im having two doubles from mc donalds later. i havent cheated in weeks. its so good. too bad its back to tuna and whole wheat tommorow.

                  i just had 2 chicken breasts, cup of spinach, 2 scoops of whey and a shitload of vitamins--

                  i will be cutting my junk to 1 day aweek -- i will end that after christmas-- till i reach 260lbs

                        Chicken tenders, a yam and some brown rice-no seasoning on any of it! I'm too tired and lazy to spice anything up. Eating for function, not flavor, right?!

                          More beef roast, tonight with some apple and blackberries and a slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese followed by a pignoli cookie. Finished the cookies tonight, back to normal eating tomorrow.

                              Pepperidge Farms three layer chocolate cake w/some cookies n' cream ice cream, washed down w/an ice cold glass of milk. Lots of sugar, but finals have me bugged out and it tastes so good. :)
