          I just had two pieces of sausage and pepperoni pizza and a xmas cookie. First cheat meal in about 2months! I forgot how good that stuff tastes, but now I feel sick. I think I've developed an intolerance for fatty foods, seriously. :(

                      everyday I bring to work tupperware with 4 6oz teriaki chicken breasts with brown rice, or yams. At least until I am sick of them. Then I will switch. Sams Club has em by the bag full, Pre-seasoned and cooked. Saves alot of time.
