My friend just lost her's after 18 years-he was a wonderful,faithful good tempered dog,and a great watchdog,just by the nature of his size...

my buddy has one and a bullmastiff aswell, great dogs.. things are size of OX lol, they are both very well trained and great dogs to have around.

Sweet Dog, I have a Bull Mastiff myself, great with the kids and very protective. She is 130 pounds and likes to sit in your lap. The amazing thing is that she is very big and has never knocked down the kids at all. The only thing about the French Mastiff is that they tend to drool an awful lot. The males can be dog agressive so very important to put through training. Did a full year with my Bull Mastiff and it really paid off, she can be controlled off the leash even when other dogs are around. Good luck getting the pup.

Rock has a South African Mastiff. Fantastic little thing, great temperment and loves to wrestle. This one weighs about 160. He can drool a lot. He also doesn't like feet. LOL The dog gets along well with kids and is obediant.

Personally, I think you'd look cute with a miniature poodle. ;)

If you've never seen one, you should look into the Cane Corso. I believe it is the Italian Mastiff. Pretty cool lookinh dogs. Great looking puppy Bouncer, Good Luck.

1 boxer in the apartment. rottweilers live with my parents down state.
