there was a few people that were standing there and they heard it-
there is also a manager that is leaving to work at another gym - been very good to me on keeping me updated with whats being said

as for the lawsuit angle , i will go in that direction if they throw us out -

there are no contracts with planet fitness ! thats one of the angles they use to get people to join-

its obvious that whatever is going on in that gym one way or another compromises your training, when you feel like you are not welcomed there you cant concentrate as good as usual, looking over your shoulder all the time doesnt help with concentratration and also could cause injury. may be you should consider another gym, even if they will get off your back, you still will some sort of distress. that what nice guy would do--just go away peacfully.i am not a nice guy , so if it would be me i would keep provoking them untill they will dig their own grave for a lawsuit. i wouldwear something with somewhat (not too obviously) offensive writing ,make loud farts while squatting or just go to the tanning room and start to scream that they are out of toilet paper.you should get out of that place but get out as a winner.
