WAS AMAZING. we made steak and chicken shish kabobs. SO frickin good. Nice cooked onions and mushrooms. Doesn't get any better than this. I love spring summer fall in NY and hate the winter :D

On saturday, I grilled flank steaks wrapped around feta cheese and spinach, asparagus marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and sweet potatoes with a touch of butter and brown sugar. I love doing whole meals on the grill!

hell yeah, i tried something new last year and cooked the salmon on a piece of cedar. soak the wood first, and DON'T use anything pre-treated, but the aroma and smell it infuses is awesome.Originally posted by njlovehandles

Yea you can buy boards for the grill. It does make things taste new and great.
