    WAS AMAZING. we made steak and chicken shish kabobs. SO frickin good. Nice cooked onions and mushrooms. Doesn't get any better than this. I love spring summer fall in NY and hate the winter :D

    I'm gonna do my cookout tomorrow. Gonna be 65, so i'm firing up the grill.

      I hear you bro. Its time to move to San Diego where its nice spring winter and fall all year. Today I Dropped the top for the first time on the Honda S2000 leaving the gym. It felt awsome.

      *I can wait for the cooksouts. Got a big one April 28th upstate

          yea i live way up north and it was 55 today ,to me, that feels like summer already, even the flowers are opening up, they are just as use to the weather as everyone else up here is.

            On saturday, I grilled flank steaks wrapped around feta cheese and spinach, asparagus marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and sweet potatoes with a touch of butter and brown sugar. I love doing whole meals on the grill!

                i love cookouts. We've been doing them for a month straight already, weekend after weekend. Wonder is theres gonna be one this week.

                  Grilled up some salmon tonight!! I grill all year too but theres nothing like sitting out on the deck grilling in the evening to relax after work.

                          hell yeah, i tried something new last year and cooked the salmon on a piece of cedar. soak the wood first, and DON'T use anything pre-treated, but the aroma and smell it infuses is awesome.

                          maybe this should be in the recipe's section?

                              Yea you can buy boards for the grill. It does make things taste new and great.
