Yeah, cedar plank salmon is great-adds to the flavor nicely. You can get different woods for different flavors-experimenting is fun! There's hickory, alder, mesquite and a bunch more that add different flavors.
Anybody tried using a Weber grill for smoking meat yet? I bought the smoking kit but haven't had a chance to try it yet.
