  • Had to go to the ER today..

Been feeling an ache/pressure in my lower back/stomach/kidney area for about a month now. Always have the feeling of not being empty even though im able to take a shit every morning. lol. I woke up this morning and the feeling was really bad, almost felt like my apendix was going to explode. Anyway, they did a blood test and urine test and both came back just fine. They also did some kind of scan where this machine circles around my midsection area and they pump some kind of solution in my vein that makes you feel warm. Anyway, everything came back as being healthy and just fine. The problem is that im literly full of shit! :) My intestines and colon are so full that its causing pressure and bloat and thats what causing the ache I get in the lower back area. They gave me some kind of laxative that slowly removes all the shit thats stuck up there. lol. I didnt think you could be constipated even though you can still go every morning. Thats why I never really thought it was anything to do with my bowells. I had to sit with that damn catheter in my vein for like 4 hours!

Im just glad it wasnt my kidneys or something else that is much more dangerous.

ive felt that before only when im so constipated, cant go for days. I have a problem with my stomach (constipation), that allows me to eat certain foods, that swhen the ugly pains come. Thats why ive been using this at least twice a day. One serving in the afternoons and the other right before going to bed. Really helps me out alot, give it a try dude.

Thanks juice, ya it really sucks. It sounds funny but when you go threw it, man does it suck.

Whats funny is that the doctor actually told me to cut back on the fiber. I eat, lots of oatmean, brown rice, greens and other things with heavy fiber. He said I may be making my stool to bulky and thick with all the fiber.

The scan you had was called a CT scan. It is sort of like an MRI, but alot faster and not quite as detailed in its' images. The stuff they put in your vein is a slightly radioactive dye.

Glad everything came out ok. Even though you are fine, atleast you now know what is wrong and you can fix it. Being backed up can really cause alot of trouble down the road.

Glad to hear you know it's not too serious, brother.. I also eat alot of fiber, and have had the same issue.. I now do a cleanse twice a week, every other week.. Simple, just eat about 5-6 bananas, drink 64oz water with them, and have an 8oz shot of prune juice.. Takes an hour, and you clear right up.. ;)

Glad it's not anything serious. I've had similar problems and wound up in the hospital with diverticulitis.

The doctor told you to cut down on fiber but he should have been more specific. Cut back on insoluble fiber (oats, veggies, etc.) but increase soluble which you can do by using psylium fiber. The two are different and the psylium will help move things along instead of clogging the drains.

Read this, psylium is good stuff... http://www.discount-vitamins-herbs.net/Psyllium.htm
