I just started laughing and wondering to myself how is it that they can look in the mirror and not notice their bird legs. I can't wait to see one of them stub a toe!
Wait till one them drop a weight on their foot, Even a little 5 lber will teach em a lesson.

Last week we had "ballet guy" in the gym. He does his yoga shit and stretching in the middle of the free weight area. Weird ass shit though. No use of the weights, he's holding poses for like a minute or so (poses with a leg up by his head like he's getting fucked in the ass with his eyes rolling into the top of his head), and at a height of 5'10" or so, weighing at most 145 lbs. Damn I wish I was lean like him but fuck that if I can't lift! This guy is like a circus freak show.

I guess we're all in the gym for different reasons, but go to the right area for your shit. Don't be doing the froo-froo shit where people are trying to really train.

I always get a kick out of the guys that do shadow boxing in between their sets. Karate shadow boxing.

Are you there to stay cool or are you there to lift? Besides if you are doing anything where you stand on your feet, there is no way for you to get a proper stance. Then there are still the other safety issues. Not only yours, but how many time do people catch the toes of those things on flat ground, let alone racks and other machines. What if you are carrying a weight when you trip, where does that weight go? Are you going to do cardio in flip flops? Why go to the gym if you are not going to take it seriously? I'm not trying to point this all at you, I am just proving a point to anyone who reads this and dosn't see the problem with it.

No matter what, there is no excuse for not wearing proper fottwear to the gym. It's childish and irresponsible. The only people I EVER see wearing flip flops at the gym are 14-16 year olds. Do you fall into that category? not trying to be a dick, but I no matter what your reasoning is, it will never be reason enough to wear flip flops. My gym is hot as hell, but wearing well ventilated sneakers and sport socks, I don't even notice the heat in my feet.

Nah im 24 but hey i asked for it :D It was just being lazy not wearing sneakers to the gym.. Ive only done it during summer times.. No i dont squat or do anything crazy with flip flops on.. its usually just upper body workouts.. If i have to squat or cardio of course i wear sneakers.

                            Thanks for reminding me fellas.

we have this one guy in my gym who does these weird wannabe ab exercises, with one hand on the bottom of his abs, the other behind his head, he's standing straight up, and he looks like he's humping the air. the first time I saw this i seriously thought that was what he was doing... i haven't even asked him what he's doing, it's like walking in one someone going at it, you just have to turn around and leave.
