BAD reviews for war of the worlds, wont be seing it.. Reviews inside..

Saw it the other nite. It sucked. It's a rental at best. Same old shit, huge holes in the story and plot, mediocre effects. Everyone knows the story and they didn't try anything new. Rent the original movie, it's old as hell and still ten times better.


Oh if aliens ever invade go to Boston everyone there is fine. And buy a hitachi camcorder. Even after an EMP kills every electronic instrument for miles they'll keep on working. Asshats.

thought it was allright, kind of died in the ass towards the end tho, and tom cruise does suck. the effects were great

If I'm not mistaken EMP only affect electronics that are active during the shock. They also wipe memories of info saved magneticly like on a hard drive. But it dosn't make it stop working.

couldnt be further from the truth... was a great movie.

I was just reading MM and here are a few of the reviews. I wont be waisting my time with this movie.

so far its 3 that liked it and about 50 that thought it sucked. when we had this discussion about Batman everyone thought it was awsome!! thats the kind of movie i want to see. not a movie where the majority thinks its lame.
