    Do you think its really all that bad if I got sick and feel like shit in the middle of my cycle to take like a week off of training. I have been kind of eating like shit too, just because I have no appetite at all. I hope this really is not going to effect my gains too much. Let me know what you guys think, I feel like shit but I think I should be back full force in a few days. Should I push myself to get back in the gym or wait till I feel better?

    when got sick while on cycle i took a week off, when i got back i felt much much better. I lost my appitite too, but tried my best to get all the food in.

      Where are you at in your cycle? If it's still a while to the end then just rest and keep your cycle going as long as it's not the cycle that's making you sick.

        no its not the cycle, I just kind of ran myself down and now have a chest and somewhat of a headcold, really sucks because I cant run because my lungs are on fire and I'm tired as hell but I should be over it shortly.

          just rest it brother, u will feel better. Before i would still work it out but later feel like shit. Just keep on eating.
