Do you think its really all that bad if I got sick and feel like shit in the middle of my cycle to take like a week off of training. I have been kind of eating like shit too, just because I have no appetite at all. I hope this really is not going to effect my gains too much. Let me know what you guys think, I feel like shit but I think I should be back full force in a few days. Should I push myself to get back in the gym or wait till I feel better?

when got sick while on cycle i took a week off, when i got back i felt much much better. I lost my appitite too, but tried my best to get all the food in.

Where are you at in your cycle?
