Maybe Puddles/Dreamgirl or someone else will find this thread and help mankind in how to breach this subject...

The joke was so funny I had to read it to Stromba here.

Women, weather they've had vaginal births or not should do kegels (that's the exercise to keep things tight inside). Maybe a conversation like, "Hey, I just read this article and I think it's a great idea." Then hand her an article on kegel exercises. Give it a few weeks and one day a little while after you've had sex, ask her if she's been doing the kegals. If she says yes, tell her you noticed a difference (even if you didn't, it'll be good insipration to keep them up). If she says no, tell her to try it because it's supposed to help make things more pleasurable. It will not only make intercourse more pleasurable for the guy but it will really help her out too.

You can do a search on Google on Kegel exercises and you'll find the right article for your girl. Here are 2 articles, written very differently but both will give her an idea of how and why to do kegels.

Also, kegels are very good for guys to do as well. http://www.askmen.com/love/love_tip_60/67_love_tip.html

Guess that's a good indirect way of bringing the subject up. However I still think it could be potentially dangerous and back fire on you. Grab a twix and just hand her the article and see what she says. "Honey, do you think my cooch is loose?" At this point would be a good time to pop that twix you have on hand.

And you reply, "Not really, but the kegels sound like they'd be good for both of us. I'm gonna start doing them too!" If you make it sound like it's more for her benefit she might be more inclined to do them. If she starts doing them, she'll likely arouse herself and be more interested in sex too.
