Yea, I saw that while I was at the gym today. I'm sure that fat acceptance group will protest.

So when are they gonna have a Marlboro bill--how is fast food different than cigs?

They don't need it. They have a warning label already on it and it's near impossible to win against big tobacco.

What I find interesting about the article is it states that kids have gotten fatter over the last 3 decades. What strikes me as funny is the fast food companies and burgers joints have been around during those decades as well. Kids do not work like they once did. Everything is at a touch of a button. The food is a problem but no exercise is just as large. What has changed the most over that time frame. Lack of physical activity. It might be an even larger issue than the food.

Bout time somebody puts an end to these ghey ass lawsuits. I think the fast food joints should start working like bars. If you're overly intoxicated in a bar, they will stop serving you, I think the same should be for if you're overly obese. "Sorry, but I think you've had enough already sir." LOL

One down and like 100 more to go. Next they need to make a law against frivilous medical lawsuits.

Absolutely true. Food is only a secondary factor in childhood obesity because with their high metabolisms, children should be able to burn off just about anything they eat... AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT SEDENTARY!!

When I grew up, we used to come home from school, jump on our bikes and go and play for 2-3 hours every afternoon until dusk. These days, kids spend 2-3 hours after school watching TV or playing video games. No wonder they are obese.

It is about time. I was getting tired of those fat fucks blaming food companies for them getting fat when they eat unhealthy food 5x a day.
