      It's not just the kids, adult obesity has increased at least as much for the same reasons. BB

          When I grew up, we used to come home from school, jump on our bikes and go and play for 2-3 hours every afternoon until dusk. These days, kids spend 2-3 hours after school watching TV or playing video games. No wonder they are obese.
          I remember playing basketball, football, riding bikes or just playing bb gun wars until it was dark.
