So yes I do pay no more than $60 a month, sometimes it may be $75-$75 if I use the web too much, but that's it. I've never paid a late bill with them, it comes out of my checking account every month. So I guess this is there way of saying thank you. But I still hate the customer service.
The only reason I'm still with them, is for all the minutes I get. Normally my minutes are from 5K-6K tops, but usually around 5200 minutes. Yes I'm always on the phone bouncer, but then again I'm always calling to locate people, my GF, friends, family, 411, etc.....
