True, but my gym likes to make excuses or give other excercise to substitute rather than just buy them. Even though we have enough people requesting, they just say, use the cables, or use the hammer strength machines. Blah blah blah.

Is the buyin the new house makin u stressed? Just wondering... I know the feeling when all the gears are running at optimum speed, everyting seems to fit better and just make more sense, lifts seem fullfilling recovery makes u more anxious to hit it again, its a great feelings, I'm gettin closer to that feelin just wanna get my micro adjustments made,
Just get a hex bar for your shrugs,

and yes when everything is running perfectly its like a run away freight train no stopping it,

How long ago did u come off when u had issues?

I came off everything. No i never took off from the gym. Went 5 days a week just like always. Kept my diet up and all that. It sure was hard though, I didnt want to see the world let alone go to the gym. When your so used to feeling like superman it becomes normal. So when I felt normal again I couldnt handle it.
