its sunk in the floor there was a pole there to protect the water heater and i just added onto it worked out great. i had a stand before but it took up alot of room and it sucked bad.Originally posted by StixsHey Rocket, sweet set up. Your heavy bag, is that pole sunk in the floor or is it on a stand. I like because it does not take up much room.

What do you have for leg curls/extensions--weight stack machines or plate loaded?

dbs only goto 100lbs witch works ok cuzz thats all i can do for shoulders and other exercizes like bench i just do flat bar bell first or lawn mowers last. kinda work around it. i was thinkin about 120s but the shipin alone is a fortune.Originally posted by beefcakeThat is a tight setup man. That's pretty much what i'm looking to get, but with just a power rack instead of the smith. How heavy do the db's go up to?

What kind is it and what'd that run you? I got a plate loaded, which is the only part of my gym that I regret--I guess I wasn't thinking about gravity when I bought it. I need to get a weight stack machine.Originally posted by ROCKETW19its a weight stack you can see it in the last picture under the sighn next to the scale! it goes to 300lbs
