What kind is it and what'd that run you? I got a plate loaded, which is the only part of my gym that I regret--I guess I wasn't thinking about gravity when I bought it. I need to get a weight stack machine.

its made by tuff stuff performance series leg curl/leg etension a lil over 3K
its very smooth and has alot of adjustments. i wanted cybex to try and keep the equipment all the same but this one was some much better! better than ive seen in any gym so far.

BBAddict your gonna laugh but the best thing in the gym is the misting fans. i moved from the bay area to sacramento were it is alot hotter and thoes fans make it about 20 degree cooler in the garage!

dbs only goto 100lbs witch works ok cuzz thats all i can do for shoulders and other exercizes like bench i just do flat bar bell first or lawn mowers last. kinda work around it. i was thinkin about 120s but the shipin alone is a fortune.

Yeah, we don't need to be any colder here in MN! My gym is plenty cold in the winter and doesn't really get very hot in the winter. On the other hand, I'd love to have one of those leg extension/curl machines. I may have to just suck it up and trash mine and get a new one.

I've got the same set up with dumb bells on one wall up to 110 pounds, smith, curl bar, pull down, etc. My only question is where is all the toys? My garage is filled with a boat, honda crf 450, and Suzuki gsxr 1000. Not to mention all the kids toys and junk tossed around. I'll have to take a pic. Your gym is very clean though!
