For me, it comes down to trying to be as honest as you can about yourself because all people have is what you type. I could say that I have lifted for years and weigh 250 but the fact is when I did lift in the past I didnt eat how I should have and I though doing curls every other day would give me big guns in no time. Now I 'm learning and I want to help other people but I try to premise it in a way that says I'm not the best and I dont have all the answers but this is my opinion from what I have experienced or read. Just because youre not that big doesnt mean I cant know how to get big but at the same time you have to know where youre coming from and get that accross too. I'm sure it happens all the time around here and on other boards. Anyone can talk about a strict diet but how many people honestly follow them 100%. I try but it doesnt always happen.

Maybe I got a little off track here, I'm way stressed right now.
Bump...i was taking his side since he decided to say something to slayer then it was "assumed" he was against everyone and had something to say to either chad or bad14.

Nevertheless, severed was called out for weighing "180", not making gains, and spending his entire time on the forum calling people out. When in reality he hasn't called anyone out prior to slayer, makes knowledgable posts for some time now, is around 225 pushing 230 at <14% and has make considerable gains in the past year and even dieted for his first show naturally.

As for what is "heavy" weight. I am pretty sure that you gusy can all squat and deadlift over 500 as well as bench around 350. Or maybe you can shoulder press 100lb dumbells easily. If you can, :bravonew:.

Furthermore, i haven't been posting much here lately since the "disagreements" and seemingly pointless threads have increased over the past months. The forum has definately fell into the wrong direction as bouncer noted with the attitude change. When i first joined, i actually learned a few things and noticed several knowledgeable moderators in various topics. Since, there has been more an increase in arguing and a decrease in actual posting about lifting related concerns.

Sorry if anyone was offended. My intention was not to offend but rather to add discussion to severed's accuastions.

As I said. I don't feel the need to call any of you out anymore.
              Chad77: ahahahahahaha.

The info Daf2 has posted is accurate.

Agreed. That is going to change soon too. Its ok to be goofy and have fun but when that outshines what the board is supposed to be about its time for a change.

You can count on me to get shit rolling again.

:bravonew: I am all for it. I look forward to it.

Wonderful bro. You get this started, and I am sure everyone will follow your lead. I look forward to watching the information flow, and getting rid of all the trolling.

IMO his restraint simply showed maturity.

I thought your pics were funny looking too.

Seriously though, sounds like you have made some good gains in a years time. Congrats.

I just didn't understand why you were attacking Slayer like that. I should have stayed out since it wasn't my battle but he seems like a good guy and I felt the need to stand up for him. So much bitching lately. Glad Bouncer is willing to put an end to it.
