There is so much to do and see down there, I'm sure I'll get to some of the things you mentioned when we go back in July. One definite we're gonna do is rent a speed boat. Here we can rent wave runners but I've never seen a place to get speed boats, looks like fun.

We flew down on a little 19 seater prop plane. The flight was about 45 minutes. Driving from here takes about 10 hrs and I'm not fond of long car rides.

I saw some pretty fish when we were by the docks and though of you. We didn't swim in the ocean this time but I want to go snorkling next time.

Now that I see how easy it is to fly down I think we'll be doing it more often. It's such an easy get-away for a few days from here and not too expensive to do often.

The hotel we stayed at is the Inn at Key West. website for the hotel

Thanks for the old woman comment. I just found out I've got arthritis in my spine along with two bulging disks in my neck which are pressing on the spinal cord. I only had an MRI done of the upper portion of the spine, soday I go for an MRI for the middle and lower back. It's hell getting old, but then again, it's better than the alternative. :)
i know that hotel. looks pretty nice from what i have seen.

P.S. You should get on a Glucosamine/Chondroiitn/MSM supp to help with the arthritis.

A few girls had just gotten off from the sunset cruise as we were walking by after dinner and they were loading up for the next trip to go star gazing. One of the girls stopped my sister and I and suggested we go on it because it's romantic. LOL My sister is lez and I'm bi but I draw the line at family members.

I'm gonna start this up again...used it a couple of years ago and didn't really feel a difference after a few months but I'll try a stronger doseage.

I got the results of my last MRI's back and it's not so great. I've got 3 herniated disks (the last 2 at the bottom and one in the middle of my back) as well as some other protruding disks. There's a new machine called the DRX9000 that works on decompression and I'm gonna find a good chiro in the area who has one of these. One of the mods on another board is a chiropractor and he's seen greater results with this treatment than any other kind of treatment. The machine is $100,000 so treatment is pricey but if it works I don't care. I want to feel decent again.

I used to work for a neurologist (trained at the Mayo Clinic, etc) who does a treatment called VAX-D. He has had great results with many patients. Its for the discs in the lumbar region. Its definitely worth checking out. Its a table that basically stretches you and helps put those herniations back where they belong.
