Im pretty sure, at all times all humans have staph in there nose. The immune system is what keeps it from hurting us. I could be wrong but I could have sworn that I read that staph is something that we all have.

Yeah, everyone has staph. You have skin staph which lives on your skin or you can have MRSA, which is the staph that lives in the nose and is resistant to antibiotics. The MRSA is the kind that you have to get rid of because it causes infections in almost any wound.
