Great talent, but not very bright off the field. He will eventually screw up and cut his NFL career short. It will be a waste.

If he quit football tomorrow, he'd still go down as one of the best, most talented recievers to play the game.

I don't want this guy to get undue hype so soon...let's wait to have this conversation until he approaches Jerry Rice numbers...if he ever does.

He's as good as there is NOW, but hasn't come close to being speculated about as one of the best on the all-time list.

Undue hype? You must be kiding. He's on pace to destroy everyone of Rices records.... but he wont because he'll retire while he's still good....unlike Rice who's already played 5 years past his prime.

Super Bowl rings count as a category too, YJ.

Oh, forgot running routes to support teammates, throwing blocks to spring big plays for others, being a locker room leader rather than a cancer...ect, ect, ect.....

I'm not saying Moss doesn't have all the tools to do all those things...but he has to do it, and do it often and consistently before he deserves to be mentioned with the all-time greats.

Afraid not. Maybe if he were a quarterback, or even a running back. There's only so much he can do on his own. As far as MVPs go, we all know those are handed to RBs & QBs. Awards are irrelevant to me, its what he does, not what a group of people think of him.

I've seen him not run the routes....not throw blocks, ect. with my own eyes watching games. I don't need to be a bug on the wall, nor be someone depending on the media to deduce that a guy like that is not likely to be very popular with his teammates that are giving 100% on every down.
