God's Son...I am honesty at a loss for words w/you...I hate to seem like I'm targeting you all the time, but you make some of the most rediculous statements.

I love animals and APBT's are on the top of my list of dog breeds. Whether you're fighting the dogs until the death or until another is declared the victor the fact is that it's cruel. You're subjecting them to pain and suffering for your own entertainment. They're not given love and affection to prepare to fight. They're penned up, poked at, beaten, and all around mistreated to promote a more aggressive nature. Dogs are not wild animals anymore. They're ancestors to the wolf and have been bred through time to be domesticated. They're not wolves that are more suited to be in wild hunting, stalking, and eating other wild animals. If you treat a dog well and let it roam freely it will never leave you. It will choose by it's own free will to be loyal to it's owner. I harldy see that as cruel.

My last point and all i will say is.Dogs being breed or trained or taught to fight is a MYTH.Its the nature of the Pit.Of course the purer the breed the better at combat.This is ridiculous.Sorry Red Squirell.BTW LE doesnt have anything on Mr.Vick except He owns dogs.Hes a big name thats the only reason its getting covered.I know lots of celebs who do it.Roy Jones Jr., George Forman,Rapper DMX,These have admitted publically i wont call names on those who havent admitted it but ill give hints. bro you are being cool about this so ill try not to tell you off but you are crzy if you think im being crule to my pit for keepin her in my house or backyard. my pit comes from a pure line that was bread for temperment not fighting. it takes time but you can bread dogs to do what you want. they just didnt start that way. we took the most aggressive dogs and bread them for years. my breader just went the other way.

That is false bro.Im not defending it. If there is such as breeding a dog to fight LOL.Its called gameline breeding. Dogs with alot of HEART are breed to other dogs with lots of heart.Inbreed then cross breed every 3 generations.Also the main point is a good game dog can cost around $3000 to $4500. Not hardly a pet to fight to the death,Beat,feed gunpowder LOL.

You're not educating me on shit. I was forced to be around dog fights and cockfights a lot as a kid. You're delusional. Ok so maybe there are some 'high class' (for a complete lack of a better word) owners of fighting dogs that do treat their dogs like thoroughbred horses, but there are a hell of a lot more out there that don't. The bottom line is that it's fkn mean man. What the hell do you want to let two beautiful animals tear each other apart for?

I'm impressed you have such a strong sense of value about trying to do something to protect dogs who are subjected to what you have perceived to be cruel, and I share your thoughts. I enjoy boxing, MMA fights, and other brutal man to man and women to women competitions. Nobody seems to want these things banned and HUMANS are involved. Now, I realize these people do it knowing the consequences and animals have no choice when put face to face. My point is this...until humans care about the destruction of each other...cruise missles into neighborhoods where innocents live, carpet bombing everything just to get a dozen or so "bad guys", and on and on. The United States, the richest nation in the world, who has millions of homeless people and millions of children/old people/poor people, who die of sickness and hunger every year. Plus, many, many people who have no health insurance, and basically, nothing in the world to look forward to except despair and finally death. Until those problems are solved, do you really think anything MAJOR is going to happen to protect animals? Again, I admire your concern about dog fighting, but, do you really think anything will ever happen? I know you think you can make a difference, just as many groups have been fighting the same concerns regarding the human problems we have for many decades, to no avail. As you can see by looking around, millions of people are, and have been struggling, just to survive. Not enough people care about them, so they surely aren't going to care enough about animals to do anything about the problem you present. However, I wish you luck in your quest. BB

thoroughbred horses are treated like shit also. there pumped full of steroids and other drugs ran to death then if therir luck they can stud if not the glue factory. i just watched a special on HBO about it.
i am such a sissy when it comes to domestic anmials i just like them and dont want anyone or anything to harm them.

FB's got a pit that is probably the best/most gentle dog I've EVER been around (and I'm a Lab/Shepard fan myself) - we've had him on the beach and watched him care less about other dogs/children running up to him out of nowhere - I'm sure some pits can be horrible pets but so can other breeds and after being around her dog I would pick him over any dog I've ever had before...
