    can you set up a section or something where people can give recipes on good body building meals. i am sick of the stuff i eat! this whole year has been a strugle for me and my diet. i need something fresh.

    i figured since we have a few serious bodybuilders we could get a nice collection of recipes goin.

          ya i dont know enough about nutrition to comment on it so i stay away for the most part. i did find a couple of recipes of yours im gonna try.
          bouncers mush ideas is kind what i do already but he had different flavors to try. im mostly a plain food eater no spices no onions or pepers i just dont like that stuff, so iwas lookin for ideas.
          i eat salmon alot never tryed talipa so that is on the list. ill probably eat it just like salmon mixed with rice and broclie(sp?)

            I've been doing the "two cans of tuna, 500ml's of apple juice, one cup of oats, a dash of cinnamon and blend" recipe - gone in sixty seconds and I can be on my way...

                Yeah - that's usually reserved for when I'm bulking and can't stand to eat a "whole foods" meal at the moment...

                I also have TMJ so eating/chewing 8+ whole food meals everyday hurts if I don't throw something like this in every now and then...
