As a gym owner, there are always some SOB that does not follow the rules. But, they are dues paying members! I have had several talks with members and staff regarding this very thing. I tell my staff to be polite but if someone is going to piss off a member it had better be ME! It's a part time job, just relax a little and enjoy your free workouts.

Unfortunately, NC- welcome to corporate America. There are just so many times on any persons' job they wish they could tell everyone to fuck off...I mean, I had a situation here at my job that made me start looking for another job....and I've been here for 5 years. The whole situation was devious and completely unprofessional. Basically, my boss made up complete lies about some of the people who work for me to make him look good, and me look incompetent.

While it may feel good at the time to say F U!!!, and quit- You lose the war. If you find another job at a gym or wherever, the ultimate satisfaction will be when you professionally turn in your written resignation; and you will have won the war!

the gym im going to now, people dont do it by accident- they dont care. they get kick out of it .
i cant even think about workin there.it bother me also..
