After I got fed up with explaining an organizational scheme to this Human Resources VP over the summer, I pulled a "Look, this is how it works..." to explain to her how my organizational pattern, that I had stated several times over. I'm sure the inflection gave away my dismay.

Look, I don't know the full story. I'm sorry if my sharing it has upset you. I was just giving you all the info I have. Whether it be a hoax or not, if the military gets enough negative publicity from this...who knows what will happen. They Marines are already said the are 'looking into it'.

Sometimes the right thing does happen in this world, not matter what the odds.

Contrary to what you may believe - I really wasn't personally attacking YOU. I just think some things get way out of hand on the internet and it starts to become difficult to tell truth from reality, etc. I'm glad you want the military to have a better rep - I'd love nothing more for that to happen. I grew up military and I'm surrounded by military family etc - so trust me - I DO understand some of what you're saying ;)

I have had nothing but good things said to me when I was in uniform. Ever time I flew in uniform I would get moved to first class or people in bars buy me drinks and thank me. No matter what group you are dealing with there will always be a few bad apples.
