Anyone see this movie yet, I just watched it on demand about the 300 Spartan solders that held off a massive invasion force in Grease. I truly enjoyed the film. The fight scenes as well as some of the best male body's almost to perfect to be real. I was wondering if anyone else has seen it and what there thoughts were

Im actulally glad you posted that video Bouncer cuzz that is what im stuck in between and regular bodybuilding! I try to do both but like in my thread in the traing section I just cant. my weight is goin up and down like a rollercoaster. Im 250lbs and I realy wanted 260 but with this training it wont let me. HELP!

I was stuck in a personal battle between bodybuilding routines and functional workouts like the 300 and CrossFit.
Functional workouts won out....
I have my clients do this sometimes:
5 rounds for time:
5 tire flips
15 sledghammer slams (onto the tire)
Brutal workout

Ya the functional workouts are kinda winning the battle here also. maybe cuzz I have lifted for just size for so many years that the freshness of this new thing excites me.
