I hope Elite dies...that was a horrible example of MMA.

Two HW on the main card just flopping around on each other, and at the end of round 2 for an entire minute Kimbo was not defending, so to go off those rules it should of been stopped then. Can't believe they get 6 figures for that fight, I have seen better sparring then that.

I hear Thompson basically won the fight, ref stood them up in round two whe there man was taking damage in round 2 in side control and then stoped it for no good reason when Kimbo was getting beat on points. Sounds like they just made themselves look like garbage.

Good for Thompson though, he'd clearly been handpicked but gave a suprise.

yeah the dude was on his way down, but i was surprised at how quickly kimbo got tired...it seemed he had thompson on the verge another time and could muster the energy to finish him.......thompson was def there for the taking.

First off I think the fact that is was on free TV for the world to see was the reason for the very very quick stopages! Scott was told he had five mins then he was not aloud to fight! thompson looked like he was knocked out the second he walked in the ring. he was not going down quite yet. As already said the ear thing is strange should have been drained, maybe like B said some kind of tactic????
As far as the big guys gassing if you dont weight 240lbs and above dont even bother with your replys you have no clue what you are talking about. Neither had any ground skills but just the lil rolling around they did takes a ton of energy. If you dont belive me goto your local gym and try a class.
You wanna see a none stop fight watch the lil 145lbs tonight on Versus. Way more fun to watch. but no wear near the power level. can you imagine faber VS kimbo? as gay as kimbo is he would smash faber very easy!

saw it and no he wasn't getting murdered at all, Kimbo was better in the stand up, like he was throughout the fight. All Thompson would have done would shoot in on him like he did again and again before. I've seen previous Thompson fights right through and he was no where near gone there, wobly at the legs but he always looks like that in a frenzy, he did get caught but that fight was either fixed or incompetent refereeing. JT was killing kimbo in the points in the first two rounds.

Like I said before the fight JT is a gentle giant, anyone else would have pounded kimbo's beard through his face fro that side mount.

that much is true, Thompson just shot in when he got in any trouble because kimbo had no ground game, he would have done exactly the same and was way ahead on points.
