On a side note I just did my first of 20 days in a work release program. I smacked some guy around and the fag snitched on me. Maybe you can get on a program like that? normaly I would say just do the time but I just dont get along with people and would end up in more trouble. It would be good for you cuzz you could come home to your family.

i am home -- got 2 years probation -- fine - basic mandatory drug testing - testing me 3 times total over the 2 years - they wanted some special thing done concerning the drug test and the judge shot that down -- waste of tax payers money he said -- also made a joke on how small my lawyer looked standing next to me -- he was in a great mood

what helped me is my history a letter my wife wrote- and the fact that the head agent did something that day that he wasnt suppose to will not say as its better left unsaid but it helped me :)

now i have to find the closest fed probation dept -- have 72 hours to turn myself into them

Good for you bro! You stood up like a man took it off the chin and are still standing unlike the cowards that got you in this mess. Now just dont mess around with the probation and they will cut you loose early. Then get your record expunged and its almost like it never happened.
