PS I've never see anyone the size of the guy in the youtube doing such an impressive bench, have you? lets say he did it ful ROM he could probably still get 12 which is mind bowing with that much weight, its not as if he's a short ass, nor is he 330lb
Its certainly a thought provoking article and well written, also the concise information leave you to think and provides a good lead up to the vid.
One point, if the guy there was dictating the pace instead of her he may well have don better, have his energy was spent trying to correct his balance and she had clearly had more practice of squatting with the weight in hands.
that you tube video is unbelievable. thats too much weight, even partials, to be pausing and talking and shit @ 20 reps. something is not right about that
Im still a novice writer, and it was really meant as a lead up to the video. I will be writing more extended articles as I become more comfortable writing.
Any books or websites you have used to improve your writing skills? I have been wanting to become a more proficient writer.
I thought your writing was good, and I was wanting to read more. Go back to that topic and write up a long article one day.
I liked the writing and the style and wanted to read more. I don't necessarily agree with the article or your idea of fitness. I also don't agree with the presumed fitness of Nicole's opponent. Watching the video and observing the two competitors I can see the obvious muscularity of Nicole especially in her legs as for Mike the only thing I can say about him is he is not fat. When he lifts the weight he does not seem comfortable with it nor do I see any muscularity in his legs and he started shaking after only 10 reps. He clearly also has not been taught proper form for overhead squats. I don't agree with your premise. But, I do enjoy watching and reading about the crossfit fitness model thanks for posting it up here.
ya that looked pretty darn impresive too, are you saying its not 6 olympic plates a side?
Im saying it is nott he weight that is posted and is much less. I have not been able to find the actual weight. One guys that was at the Arnold said it felt like less than 200 lbs
